We begin with an initial consultation and movement assessment.

This helps us understand your goals, previous injuries and current movement patterns so we can design a training programme that suits your needs.

Sessions typically include:

  • Warm-up and mobility work

  • Strength and conditioning exercises

  • Technique coaching and movement correction

  • Progressive programming over time

Training plans often progress over six-week blocks, allowing steady improvements in strength, movement and confidence.

Many clients come to Cobbled Yard for help recovering from injuries or managing ongoing pain.
